Fundraising checklist

Set yourself a target – how much money do you want to raise – use our online calculator to work out exactly how much you need to sell to reach your target.

Set your start and finish date.

Organise a team of helpers.

Tell people about your plans to run a Cadbury Fundraiser. Use our letter or email templates and send out one week before you plan to kick off the fundraising drive.

Order the products you want to sell. If you’re not sure which products you want, call 1800 809 444. Our expert Cadbury Fundraiser Consultants each have over 20 years’ experience and can give you advice on what to order.

If you have a 28 day account, your Consultant will call you within one working day to confirm your order and discuss delivery.

Products are delivered to your nominated shipping address. Make sure there is someone available to receive the stock, and ensure to store all chocolates in a cool, dry place.

Distribute boxes to your sellers. Keep track of which boxes you give to which sellers. A handy way of doing this is to put a sticker with the box number on each box, and have a corresponding number on your tally sheet. Include a letter which outlines the process for selling Cadbury treats. See handy letter template.

Communicate your fundraising goals. There are a number of ways you can do this Use the handy barometer poster provided to show everyone how much money you are trying to raise.

Keep your supporters updated through all your usual communication channels – website, newsletter, and social media.

Keep your fundraising volunteers motivated, and tell people that there is one week left to sell. Use our letter or email template and send out one week before the end of the fundraising drive.

Collect funds raised. As people return their funds, mark it off on the Tally Sheet which you can download from our website.

If you haven't paid already, pay your Cadbury Fundraiser invoice. Due 28 days from date of delivery.

Celebrate your fundraising project’s success. Thank everyone for their support of your fundraiser and celebrate your most successful sellers! Use our letter or email template.
